Membership
Prospective members
Interested in joining Wine Tech? Membership includes access to our January through July monthly meetings, the members-only business meeting, and our membership community, which proudly includes Napa Valley winemaking professionals across each level. Traditional meetings consist of a short welcome reception, ~1 hour presentation and conclude in a sit-down dinner, featuring wines contributed by membership. All prospective new members are welcome to join us for one meeting as a guest ($75), before membership dues are required.
- (Annual) Individual membership: $350
- (Annual) Corporate Level I: $945 - includes three primary members + one alternate
- (Annual) Corporate Level II: $1400 - includes five primary members + two alternates
- (Annual) Corporate Level III: $2450 - includes ten primary members + three alternates
- Dinner Fee: $30
*Corporate memberships: Please have only one person submit payment for the desired level, then e-mail [email protected] your roster of primary members and registered alternates. If not all primary members can attend a meeting, registered alternates can substitute at the $30 member dinner rate. If all members and a registered alternate wish to attend a meeting, each interested alternate can attend for $75. If all primary members, all registered alternates, and other members from your company also wish to attend, each additional company member can attend, as a guest, for $75. Those not on your corporate membership roster can only attend one meeting per year as a guest. Companies can upgrade their corporate membership level at any time in the year.
Wine Dues:
- Individual membership: One 6-12 bottle case of Napa Valley wine every third year. In 2025, last names beginning with the letters H-P are required to donate.
- Corporate Level I: 1 case per year
- Corporate Level II: 1.5 cases per year

Corporate Level III: 3 cases per year
Guests: Members are invited to bring guests to meetings, at a $75 guest rate. Individuals can attend one meeting annually as a guest, before membership is required to attend future meetings within the calendar year.
